Important Additional Information:

• All golf package rates listed are per golfer for specified duration of stay
• Nightly non-golfer rates are available as listed for each time period
• Tee times are confirmed with courses in advance, therefore last minute golf cancellations are not allowed.  Courses require a minimum 72 hours cancellation notice per foursome.  See Cancellation/Deposits/Refunds section
• Accommodation upgrades available for any package – View accommodations section for details
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Late check-outs are subject to fee for one night’s stay
• Pets not allowed unless “pet-friendly” accommodations are reserved – Ask reservationists for details

 

Cancellation/Deposits/Refunds

A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required by due date on confirmation agreement to confirm reservations.  Payment in full is due 15 days prior to arrival.  MasterCard, VISA, money order, personal check or cashier’s check are accepted for deposit.  If reservations are cancelled a fee of 10% of the deposit amount is charge plus any course charges incurred.  No refunds are issued for unused portion of package.

Standard upgrade fee:

• Two golfers per one bedroom villa = $15.00 upgrade per golfer per night

• Two golfers per two bedroom villa = $30.00 upgrade per golfer per night
